Caroline has been managing global equity portfolios and relationships for international clients and charities, for over 20 years. Her experience as board director and trustee brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of management, culture and corporate governance to the team. She joined the team in 2012 and is a Director of both the UK and Swiss companies, whilst also serving as a member of the Executive Management Committee for the UK partnership.

Having started her investment career in 2000 at Newton Investment Management, she went on to join the Board of Newton’s Jersey business and to head up their International Private Clients’ team. Caroline was Newton’s designated senior manager for anti-money laundering and financial crime (2010-2012), a responsibility held at Veritas.

Sharing her knowledge of investing and of managing businesses responsibly, Caroline has been a member of the University of Oxford’s Socially Responsible Investment Review Committee since 2015 and set up a charity focusing on tackling youth unemployment in the UK, serving as a trustee between 2015 and 2017. She holds an MA (Hons) from the University of St. Andrews and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
